Having lockup problems...

Well, basically.. when I mess around in games (usually ends up being MoH or FS2002), my computer has a thing for randomly freezing up. I'm running at stock speeds on video and CPU and I've even tried stock speeds for my RAM. My RAM voltage is up .30 and my CPU is up to 1.85v. Still get the same problems..

Could my video card be going bad or something? My temps seem to be well within acceptable ranges (43-48C). I'm using the newest drivers posted on Nvidia's site and the newest 4-in-1's. I've tried the 23.11's and the default Via drivers as well, with the same luck. My system rig is in my sig. Could I maybe just be stressing my system too much or something? All I keep running in the background is MBM 5 and AIM.. occasiconally Kazaa lite.

Any help's greatly appreciated.. I'm thinking about upgrading to a newer video card anyways, but if it doesn't fix the problems I'm having now, then it'll partially be a waste. I need FPS too.. but that'd be a plus. I dunno.. am I stretching it too much or something?
