Having hard time finding a HDMI switcher...2-3 inputs / 3 outputs

My situation is I have a TV in the bedroom, directly below the bedroom and one in the bathroom (wife).

All components are in my closet and at the moment it only consists of a DVR and Xbox. I have two HDMI's going from inside the closet to the TV in the bedroom.

My intention is to add 1 more for the bathroom TV and 1 down into the basement for the TV there.

I would like to be able to hook up all three outputs to the switch mostly for the DVR BUT I can just hear it now...my wife would also want to watch a movie or something while relaxing in the tub or when working out...in the basement

I am using a Harmony 890 to control things now and it is working out nicely...

I am hoping to find something that doesn't break the bank and that either switches based on the input being powered on OR buy use of the Harmony remote if possible.

Any input is appreciated.
