Here's the short story so far. I am listed as a Trading Assistand for my locale on eBay. Last night I receive an email asking if I would be willing to sell couple laptops . I replied sure, no problem, just let me know make/model/specs and how much you want for them. Here's the reply I just received:

hi,

Obviously a scam.

Here's my reply:

Hello and thank you for contacting me back. We will be more then happy to accomodate your request. Please be aware, however, that there are certain expenses associated with listing items on eBay. For international clients, we require a $50.00 processing fee which covers the cost of the professional listing, insertion fee, and a digital picture. We also require an estimated portion of the final value fee up front, which is approximately 10% of the final bid price, which you can pre-estimate tp pay in advance.

We will accept your payment via Western Union and will process your reqest immediately following your payment. We look forward to establishing a meaningful business relationship with you.

Let's see if the troll bites 😀

No no no.. There will be no auction, I am not about to scam some poor schmuck on eBay. What I am doing is telling this troll that I am very much interested in his ..ahem "business proposition" but he needs to front me some money as "processing fee"
