...finding somewhere online that will sell me a PERSONALIZED deck of cards front in back, without having to buy in bulk or in excess of 1 deck. I want to do something special for my gf, which is give her a deck of cards with an artistic sketch of her and me standing together on the 'back', while on the playing side, I haven't decided what 54 (or 52) somethings i want on the face side of the cards, and I'll decide that if I ever find someone online that will make ONE deck of cards, with special designs on face side and a photo on the back.

I've about given up looking for some, but I decided I would give the resourceful ATOT crowd a crack at it. Below 50$ would be nice, and I'll go no higher than 75$. Thanks ppl.

I don't think you are gonna find that. It is not the printing that is the huge cost, it is the setup.

Once the setup is made, there is not too much difference in price between buying 10 or 100 of something. I am finding this out while trying to get stuff printed for my daughter's wedding.

Good Luck, though. Seems like a really cool gift idea.

Home made amateur job FTW. Win points for making it more personal and done by hand ;)

Yes.

If you want playing cards with naked pictures of you and your gf, it's probably better to just make them yourself.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, that's probably what i'll end up getting, because i wanted to customize both sides. better that than nothing though.

Another problem is that most printers get 'blanks' - like the playing cards for example, are blank on one side but pre-printed on the other. Then they can customize the back.

Get to talking with a specialty advertising person, or go to www.asicentral.com and start looking for vendors...

Sounds like you need either a printer, or a supplier of blank sublimation goods. Like Johnson Plastics or something. I'll do some checking when I get home and see what I can dig up....

KarenMarie is right, it's the setup that incurs a large cost - the printing is cheaper. But some places may let you print 1 of something, but you'll pay for it with the high setup fees. We get those orders now and then....
