I picked up a D70 used awhile back and starting using it and started noticing some problem with pics I was taking but it would only show up under certain conditions...so I cleaned my lense and even go to the point of cleaning the mirror inside the camera when the problem wouldn't go away...but this link keeps showing up in some of my pictures...Sometimes I see it in the photos sometimes not but, it has basically shutdown my DSLR use because it seems pointless to take pics when I may end up only with pics that have these two little spots in all of them....
another example

It seems to show up pretty irratically but always in the same spot in the photo...
Any ideas, could it be the sensor?

Are they're places where I can ake my camera to get professionally cleaned?

I really don't want this issue to ruin the hobby for me but it's going to be tough if I have to go out and buy a new DSLR now...

This stuff happens quite frequently.

Boy thats quite good news...what happens if it doesn't go away when I blow air on it?

I also want to add that their is a speck that shows up in the middle up the upper left half of the viewfinder and it show up using both of the lenses I have...I wonder if that could be related...

Thanks for the help it's much appreciated...

1. Chances are it will blow away. Just give it a few hard blows with the viewer. An easy way to check for sensor dust is to put your camera on manual focus and aperture priority, stop the aperture way down like f/22, set your lens to infinity focus, and then take a picture of something white and bright, like a light bulb. Dust should show up very easily using these settings. In fact, you will probably see a lot more dust using this than what you see in the previous photos.

If it doesn't blow away, you might want to consider cleaning it yourself.

2, The speck that you see in the viewfinder is actually inside the viewfinder. It won't affect your photos at all. You can try to dislodge it by using the blower and blowing into the viewfinder cavity (mirror down).
