Howdy all you techies!!
Well, I wouldn't be here if there wasn't a problem with my network connection. So for all you prospective helpers out there thanks alot and here it is. I currently have Earthlink DSL that is connected straight to a Linksys Non-Wireless BEFSR41 v2 4-port router. I have been experiencing some conflicts for the past few weeks. I have been getting disconnected every 20-30 minutes on every computer it is hooked up to. I have applied for an RMA request, but they have just told me to upgrade the firmware. That suggestion was useless and I am still stuck with the same problem. Now, I am just curious to see if it is still worth my time to try to troubleshoot with it, or should I just junk that router and get a new one.
If so, I was aiming towards a Wireless G router, any good suggestions? I've been happy with Linksys until now, perhaps I should lean towards Netgear or D-Link??
Well, I better wrap this up before I get disconnected again. Thanks to all whom try to assist me with this problem, your input is greatly appreciated.
