Haven't heard from someone I bought a cpu from

I have dealt with this person before and he seemed like a good guy, so I don't want to go throwing his name out there. But, I paid this guy on the 27th of March and still have no cpu. He has not logged in since the 8th, and I paid with Google Checkout.

I am wondering- is there any way a mod can contact members someway that we cannot? I sent an email to the guy's google checkout email with no response.
