Haven't found the limits of this Msi GeForce3 ti 200 TD yet

I just installed this a week ago. Started playing with the clock settings to see how far they would go. I didn't really expect much as i haven't seen much comment on the overclockability of the msi's. Currently i have the gpu running at 240 although i have had it at 250 with no apparent problems. At 265 it locked up though. The memory on the other hand i have taken to 530 without any evidence of artifacting currently clocking it at 500. So any opinions here on how far i can reasonably go with the memory? I haven't removed the memory sinks to see what it is using. Anyone seen any indications that msi has started using some particularly high quality memory of late?
