Have you watched any of the olympics so far?

I haven't. Just wondering who is watching it. For some reason, I've got no interest this year.

(watching the Sopranos on DVD right now. good show)

Yeah, I figured you did (from the threads you were posting). How're things going?

Great. I'm looking into getting my own real estate license (it will be a long slow process but I think I'll learn a lot). I don't plan on selling any real estate, would just like to learn the industry.

Last week I sold my first "real estate template" site using Tufat's $5 script. Plus I host it for $19.95/mo until the property sells. That's $19.95 PER PROPERTY listing, not per domain ;)

So if BobbysRealty.com has 5 properties on that domain it's $19.95/mo x 5 = :) :) :)

Back on topic.

So far we have intensely watched swimming (no diving), beach volleyball and Carly Patterson. It's interesting the rivalry my wife and I have for our respective countries. Australia vs USA :)

Track and field is next!

I've been watching it mostly from just stumbling on it while channel surfing. Basketball, track and field, gymnastics, swimming, volleyball, etc. Enjoying it mucho much.

Why would it be a slow process?

Just curious I have one but the laws in Oregan may be different.

Sounds cool. I've got you down in my contact list as someone to talk to once we move into the Portland market. :D

Enjoy the Olympics. I'm gonna go back to vodka and the Sopranos. :D

I rush home after work to catch the Bravo coverage, and fall asleep shortly after the primetime coverage ends..

All I've done for the last week is work, watch the olympics, and sleep. It's a family affair here. My parents were divers, so they're all over the aquatic events, which I find interesting anyway. (Probably because of the Phelps coverage) Carly, Cupets, and the Hamms are just awesome. And I'm trying to watch as much of the fencing coverage as possible. But all I've been able to catch was coverage of Saber, which isn't my weapon (epee)... Actually, in trying to watch fencing, I've watched a good amount of equestrian.

I'm kind of an odd case though- I'm working crazy hours until the day I leave to go back to school. Otherwise I'd be much more laid back (but would still catch most of the games.)

Because it will be a part time endeavor as I already have a full plate. If I were to go at it "full hog" I'm sure I could do it within a few weeks. I'm only getting my real estate license for "sh!ts and giggles", nothing more. It will also help when we decide to purchase our first home.
