Also, holy shit on ambien. I had a family member accidentally take two ambien before going to walmart as they got their Rx bottles mixed up. Our family got a call that this person was delerious and we were to come get them. By the time we did, they were tripping balls and talking about purple elephants...or something. It was really incoherent by that point.

I've tripped balls on them before. Everything was covered in neon.

I was on paxil at the time and they may have had an interaction with each other. I wasn't scared, it was actually a fairly interesting effect.

I've ate one, forgot I took one and then took another. I then drunk dialed/emailed a bunch of people. Not cool.

Whan I quit the last time...I was hard-core...I left the patches on for two days.
Put patch one on...next day, put patch two on...next day, remove patch one, put patch three on, next day, remove patch two, put patch four on...

Damned patches are tough on skin...after a day, they start to "burn" the skin under them...but I made it. I was nicotine-free for about 15 months after stopping the patches.

I can't remember where I read it, but I read one story where a guy was consistently sleep-communicating with an ex girlfriend. Eventually she contacted him when he was not high on ambien and he was blown away that this was going on :awe:

Make sure you buy the name brand patches. The walmart brand "leak" and have made me sick before with too much nicotine.

Gum, by the generic 4mg ones from Walmart. Then, bite them in half. You end up with 3 months of gums for the cost of 1 month of nicorette.

Also make sure you put spent patches in a place where pets can't get at them. If a dog eats a nicotine patch, he's definitely going to die.
