Seen this at the local State Fair. This guy is HUGE and seems harmless. But when this starts walking towards you, cute or not, its quite un nerving.

Can you say - Klatu Brada Nickto (or is it verada nickto?)

Now I know how Patrica Neal felt, and almost pissed her pants, when Gort came looking for her.

wow, he has...pretty AMAZING.

he can 'see' when he was moving that girls hair all on his own (on his own...right?) thats insane.

Nope, notice the word "puppet". It's still amazing though, I'd love to see the technical info on it.
 
Reminds me of the robot outside of the "Sony Wonder Technology Lab" in New york city. I thought it was cool, then once inside I see there was a guy controlling it with cameras/microphone/joysticks. I was pissed cuz everyone thought it was so cool a robot was doing that, but it was just a person controlling it. Robot - AI = dumb. Robot + AI = Cool.
