OMFG, it's amazing. my brothers brother in law (my brothers wifes, sisters, husband) has it. i saw it over the weekend. this thing is GREAT.

nope, it's a cell phone and web cam. it has stereo sound, it can play video, it does still photos.

nope, it's not just a cell phone. plus its LITERALLY the same size as my Motorola C323.

I'm quite sure that there are some people out there that see a person with an $800 cell phone, they might (incorrectly), think that the said person is wealthy and decide that they would like to get with them.

Its not too far off to think that this could happen. Yes, I said people because men and women are the same as far as this is concerned. Not everyone, but there sure are a lot out there.

Me? I think it looks cool, but how many times is it going to survive a drop or two. I know I'm almost obligated to drop my cell phone at least once a damn week!

A cell phone by itself doesn't do much. If I walked around with a $2000 laptop, that's not gonna get me anywhere. You gotta dress well, have perhaps an expensive watch and a good car couldn't hurt. It's the total 'bling' package that attracts the gold diggers cuz that means you have enough money to spend around.
 
First off, it's $800. You could buy a better digital camera, game boy advance, PDA AND a good phone for that much. Plus, you have to be in and area that has (and sign up for) EV-DO service, which will cost a pretty penny in order to use most of its features.

99.9% of the population won't pay that much for a cel phone, and 100% of the population shouldn't. Easy trigger. Try talking to girls instead.

Whenever I get a new phone there's an adjustment period of me walking around with it and I drop my phone at least 2 or 3 times a day.

Are you sure its completely compatible with Verizon? Chances are voice and SMS are the only things you'll get to work. I doubt it'll be compatible on the data side, rendering your webcam useless.
