I think the word is "God-awful".

There's an automatic 5 point deduction when a webpage immediately starts blasting bass and rap when it's opened, with no loading time, no warning, no indication that the page has audio set to play. Another 10 points when that audio has been recorded at triple the "normal" volume so that one has to crank down the volume control on the PC just to not have bleeding eardrums.
