I've been wondering, where has she been, and what has she done since her late to the table
and irrelevant work on trying to bring an end to the Lebanon / Israel Conflict?

She's not even been on the radar for the last two weeks.
she hasn't been missing for two weeks or at all. google her name and then "news" if you want to know what business she is presently conducting.

Condi for President!
President of what . . . Stanford?

eh, you knew what i meant. we need a female President. past history supports the need for a change.

Technically we've had two female Presidents already. Hillary and Monica.

For Christ sake, France had more of a diplomatic lead role in this that the US did - what's wrong, you have to ask?

In your rush to Blame America First, you conveniently forget that good ol' France originally promised "Thousands" of troops and in the end only offered 400.

Get your head out of the sand.

It always amazes me how quickly the neo-cons pick up on all the new catch phrases. It is sad that so many people can be inspired by stupid clichés

Connecting with the 'Bumper-Sticker' mentality crowd, aim at the lowest common denominator of thought.
Can't remember phrases of more than 3 or 4 words, and a collective 15 minute memory span.
More people voted for 'Ametican Idol' than for President in either of the last two elections.
And what's happening on 'Survivor', anyway?

'Cut and Run' - sounds like a dream date with OJ.

And don't forget, Condi just got her newest copy of the 'Talking Points'

Rice and Rumsfeld both made clear connections between the Sept. 11 attacks and America's involvement in Iraq as a front line in the war on terror.
Umm . . . I forget again . . . what did Saddam have to do with 9/11?

"The extremists themselves call Iraq the epicenter in the war on terror. Our troops know how important their mission is," he said.
Am I the only one that sees the incredible irony in Rummy's musings?

1) I doubt any Islamic extremist calls Iraq the epicenter in the war on terror.

2) The Bush administration/GOP extremists are the ones that made up that terminology . . . granted their focus group data usually compels them to come up with an alternative catch phrase every few months or so.

In an interview with KUTV, Rice said the protests could hurt the war effort if it turns "a policy disagreement into a way to impugn the integrity of those with whom you disagree."
If I didn't have a strong constitution . . . I think I would puke every time these people say something that they couldn't possibly believe. Granted, Rice isn't a Rovian, DeLayite, Cheneyophile, or Rumsfeldo . . . but I'm sure she's been privy to PR strategies that include 'attacking the messenger.' How much you wanna bet she didn't object?!
