OK...I RMA'd my AIW 9700pro last week. Sent the card USPS Priority on Tues...delivery confirmation said it was delivered on Fri morn-afternoon. Check ATI RMA website and it hasn't been updated that they have received it. Does it take a while for them to update their page. Just concern that it might have gotten lost. Thanks!

Awhile back, I RMA'd my 9700pro. It took about three weeks I think. They sent me an R35 9800pro to replace it.

yea it takes about 10 working days to get the card back..but I want to know about them updating that they have received the card at the RMA website. I sent it in and they should have it, but it doenst say on their website.

I did one not too long ago, and it was about 2-weeks before they shipped out a warranty re-furb. I think it was awhile before thier system showed it as received.
