Have you ever had netflix movie that you returned take a long time to arrive to its destination or get lost? I sent a movie out to return on Friday but still hasn't been received by netflix. It usually only takes a day for them to receive it.

I had it happen once. After a week you just check off the little lost box on the website and they automatically consider it lost and restore your queue. As long as it does not happen a lot they don't seem to care.
