soy and tofu...two of the worst meat wannabe products known to man...nothing more than industrial strength EPICAP Syrup...YUKK!
 
I was on a vegetarian kick for a while and didn't mind them when I went to a cookout or something of that nature. Definitely no where near as good as a juicy burger though.
 
The burgers they used to serve us in the chow hall were like some percentage of soy, I'm thinking 35-60%. They were pretty alright, but my perspective at the time may have been skewed from exposure to other chow hall foods.
 
I saw a Good Eats episode about Tofu last night, I may pick some up at the store and try it. Looks pretty easy to use, not as easy as real meat, but I'll give it a try sometime.
