Returning 'my' Samsung 940b flat panel LCD this week. It was delivered to me in less than one day via UPS from their NJ Warehouse. I selected the 3-Day ground option!.

Now for RMA, would it go back to them at same location in Jersey, or do I have to send it all the way to kali-forn-iaya?

Thanks guys

I believe that it goes back to the place your ordered it from. I got my motherboard that I RMA'd back in the same amount of time that it took for it to get here when I originally ordered it.

This question makes no sense as you have to use the online RMA thing to get a valid RMA # and it tells you where to send it when you get the info.

yup - it gave me the labels by which i printed out and taped onto the boxes of what i was sending.

Have you submitted the RMA yet?

Well since its a LCD Flatpanel monitor, I don't think they will be to eager to help me out get my money back. But there are NO deadpixels, its just horrid video quality. I'll call them, as I heard with some LCD panels I have to deal directly with the manufacture??
