Have you had a Cherimoya?

Just bought one the other day from my local grocery store. It is the first time I noticed it. Dont even know what the hell it really is. But the astounding price of $4.00 per fruit, I had to give Cherimoya its first try.

About to eat it now... anything to look out for?

Edit: HOLY **** Its freaking awesome!!! Mango+Apple+pineapple.... you guys have to try it! Best fruit next to mangoes...so far

A friend gave me a cherimoya tree several years ago and it never bore fruit. Sure wish it had since I love them.

Haven't had one in years.
