Have you guys noticed the 10.8.0 battery life issue?

I'm on Lion, thinking about upgrading. I mean, it's only $20, right (and my work'll likely pay for it!).

Anyway, I have an Early 2011 15" MBP, and I don't want to decrease the battery life. Have any of you out there in similar situations noticed a battery life issue?

(I told myself I'd wait for 10.8.1, so that's why I'm asking)

I haven't seen any problems on a mid-2009 MBP.

I meant Mountain Lion. I have Lion and want to upgrade, but people have been noticing serious battery issues. Just wondering how widespread they are.

What he said. However, I didn't notice any issues with my rMBP.

Same, didn't notice an issue with the rMBP except that it would report that it was at 100% but battery monitoring utilities would more appropriately explain that the battery still needed more charging to actually be at 100% (basically the OS would say 100% when the battery was 95% and would continue charging until the other utilities said 100%).

2007 Macbook Pro and had the problem.
Reset PRAM, SMC, repair permissions. All is well.
