Have you ever wanted to settle a score/make amends with an ATer outside of AT?

No. No one on ATOT has ever pissed me off. I smile and greet folks every day who would put the P&N crowd to shame in the total whack job department.
 
I can't say there is someone here on AT that I want to "get even" with. In the real world however, there are plenty of people that I would like to have a second go around with.
 
Yes, one participate in secret santa. The person purposely mailed a very inadequate gift and he thought it was funny.

There are a few people I'd like to meet in RL, smack them in the face, and tell them to stop being an ass. But I'm probably too much of skinny white boy to actually do anything.
 
there's a lot of P&N'ers I'd love to punch, but I'm sure there's just as many who feel that way about me 🙂

edit: but I swear, i'm super awesome in person 😛 my humor just doesn't translate well without my perfectly dry ironic tone of voice.

Thankfully, I don't take things so seriously. I've had a few insults thrown in my direction over the years, but there are more important things on which to dwell.
 
I could give a crap if someone is calling me out or insulting me. I'll read if they actually have anything meaningful to say.

Yes, this forum is a good part of my life, but it is just that... an internet forum. I grew thick skin quickly after joining.
 
I'd like to meet a few people just to see their actual personalities. I have no actual scores to settle though. I'd like to meet a few people that dislike me though and see what they had to say.
 
There are a few members I don't care for.

There are a couple handful of members that I think would be decent people and I would really get along with.
 
Meh, if that's the way you feel then just do your best to learn how to communicate more peacefully with the particular member(s) which you most often have disagreements with. One of the biggest parts of making quality posts on any forum is gaining an understanding of the limitations of communication over the internet and really trying hard to know your audience despite that audience remaining anonymous. Other than that, this is the internet and there really is nothing more to say.
 
nah. most people who act tough on the net would turn into putty if they met someone in real life.

i was once at odds with someone who is a member here and now he's invited me for a drink anytime i am in his neck of the woods. meeting someone irl would likely just make us laugh at all the stupid things that were done or said here.
