Have you ever used a old wooden outhouse?

Nope... Where I live, even if I wanted to not use "indoor plumbing", an outhouse wouldn't be necessary. In the bushes FTW!

What if it was only half-old, half-new with a plastic skylight...the remodeled outhouse?

Does a stuccoed heated outhouse count - no, wait, you specify wooden. Sorry there.

Now how should we report the "emergency makeshift" outhouses...you know, bushes, corners out behind warehouses & rusty railroad cars, places like that ? Oughtta count for something since they're "out"side.

And, shouldn't the rickety old wooden ones be out"sheds?" After all, you live in a house, and nobody'd want to claim "squatter's" rights to just any old outhouse.

Just asking cause I know it's important to get this report right! Yes sir!!! eee!

I'll just have to hunt down my outhouse usage log for ya. It's a long one!

And speaking of "outhouse" & "use," warning, "excessive use may result in unsatisfactory conditions!!!"

If I dig a cat-hole with my boot heel off the mountain trail, well that's outside, right? And it serves the same function too, so that qualifies for the "out" part. Now we just need the "house" part, or excuse me, make that "shed." Shouldn't be too hard to slap something together that we can wrangle a 2nd mortgage refi on. Maybe a little twig-teepee pee pee over the cat-hole.

I'm confident this essential data you've requested will be most useful to you in your mission, mysterious though that is, even though you forgot to ask about what we saw in there. Wouldn't that be important for you to find out? Who are we mere pipsqueaks to wonder about Brutuskend's "business" ....

Yes, many.

Ever go camping?

I also knew people in the late 60's early 70's that had an outhouse,
they lived way off the beaten path. They had an old mobile home,
and, running water, but, used the outhouse still.

I've used one at my grandparents house some 30-35 years ago, then they got indoor plumbing.
The old outhouse was still standing when we took over the farm in he mid-80s.

The wife and I even had one in the early '70s, just got out of the Army, looking for a cheap place, Landlord said we should use the Outhouse until he got the water turned on and the sewer connected. (Mobile Home)
These things didn't happen by the time the next months rent was due, so we moved!

Yup... there is still one at my parent's cottage, even though it's had indoor plumbing for 30 years now.

We don't really maintain it anymore....but with a little work it could be made operational again.

Yes, many, many times ... too many to count. Campgrounds, older cabins (even dug a hole to move one!), hiking trails and most often, golf courses :)
