I'm just curious. Because I wanted to know if anyone has a trick to take them off easilly in case I ever wanted to change the processor.

If they don't have a backplate, you could just twist the pins... Is this for Intel or AMD? For Intel, you can twist the pins with a screw driver.

I have a Scythe Mine Cooler (similar to Scythe Ninja). It's a pain to uninstall/reinstall. I usually end of taking my whole motherboard out whenever I need to take it off. I wish Intel designed something better than the plastic push pins. I've taken my Scythe off about 5 times now, and the plastic pins have been bent and are hard to use now.

I've used both Ninja Plus original & Rev B here.
Using Ninja original with my E8400.

You Must use the backplate, it makes life so much easier (and safer).

I almost lost a finger trying to reinstall a Ninja after not removing it from the case. Clearance is just too hard in any case to get to the push pins. After the fifth or so removal the pins got to be a pain and the last time I tried to mount it my hand slipped while trying to twist the pin after it came loose the sharp edge of the hsf cut into my finger about a half inch. I will never use a hsf that does not have a backplate, I even ordered a few as extras just in case. When my wife saw the desk with all the blood she almost fainted :p
