Don't need to say if you don't want.

I was just watching Family Guy and they had the scene where Peter and Lois are stoned on the couch and it just got me to wondering how common place it really is for one to have at the least tried marijuana.

Wow, I'm somewhat surprised so far, 23 say the have and 13 say they haven't.

I assumed that it was just a misconception that so many have tried it but so far the results say otherwise.

Sure, plenty of times. I find it sort of annoying though, I like being lucid, and I get an air bubble stuck in my throat.

Out of any of the drugs or any other substances I've tried, I'd say marijuana would fall in the realm of least harmful..

I don't see why it's even illegal really..

Because of the tar content. That said, it does less damage than alcohol.

[Edit] Let me rephrase that. The gubberment wants it to be kept illegal because the gubberment as a whole drinks like a fish and none of them can be bothered with dope. Out of sight, out of mind.

[Edit2] This whole post brought you to by a hazy confusion. It makes no sense whatsoever.

You'd be surprised at how many people have not only tried it but use it semi-regularly without anyone noticing (i.e. they don't act like potheads).

I voted yes.

i've tried it, and prefer it to other things ie alcohol. i'm allergic to alcohol, so even the smallest amount can trigger migraine headaches...it's a shame our country is where it's at.

I do not use it anymore however, I'm told old to risk the legal and social side effects...such as losing my job. Have a wife and a baby on the way.

no biggie though, but it's not the "addictive" Scheduled I chemical the gov't makes it out to be.

It's definitely psychologically addictive, but yeah, not physically addictive.

racism, lobbies, stupidity, not enough outrage that it is illegal, and a stubborn government.......

I do agree, but even a little real motivation is just enough.

Even if 1,000 people answered the poll, it's still such a small sample size that it doesn't really mean anything outside of ATOT.
