It was an ipod I sold two months ago. The person had it for two months and then emails me saying the ipod does not work, spent over 100 hours trying to get it to work. I tested out the ipod thoroughly and made sure it worked before sending it.

Riiiight...

More likely they used it for two months and now it's broken.

Two or three days I can understand, maybe even a week, but that is too long.

Two months ago?? Screw him! Your transaction is long over and you have no obligation to help him. It's his problem.
