One of my friends does that. He'll walk into the bathroom while I'm on the phone with him. It really upsets me to hear him grunting as he's pinching a loaf. I have to hang up and call him back when I hear that.

Actually yes.
If someone is calling at a certain time and it just so happens that it's time to go then I'll go. I try to let it be known where I am at as well - flush toilet, run the water, make moaning noises...
