Seared on the outside, basicly raw on the inside.

BTW, my answer is no. The lowest I'll go is medium rare for good steaks.

There's this restauraunt near me that has just awesome steaks. The funny thing is, though, on their menu they say that they are not responsible for steak that is cooked well-done, but they say nothing about ordering steak that is blue.

mmm....raw beef + raw egg. Even better!

I like steak tartare, but if I'm going to get a good steak, honestly, I want it medium rare. Perfect balance of flavor and texture.

I've had steak with blue cheese, which is sometimes called black and blue, very good.
Usually I have my steak medium or lower. But I love Tuna steaks quite raw, seared on the outside with some spices. (not talking about sashimi here, which is great).
