Have you ever noticed that a lot of foreigners are "by the book" in regards to policies and procedures at your workplace in comparison to Americans who were born and raised here. Not to say that all foreigners are like this, but I have noticed this a lot.

Probably because they don't want to do anything wrong, lest they get deported. 😛

Many of them worked their A$$ off the first few years they come here, but later it pays off and they have the possibility to enjoy higher incomes than what they started with.

I have also noticed a lot of foreigners bitch a lot less about thier jobs that native workers.

Retail job, they are generally lazier and they could get a better job but they would rather accept the free handouts from the government.
