Unfortunately won't work with W2K and XP :(

Have you ever looked at your watch, phone clock, and system clock, all
sporting different times, with no way to know which one is accurate?
Dimension 4 accesses public time servers on the Internet and sets your
system clock, so that there's at least one clock that you can trust.
You can choose to have it only check the clock when you start your
system, or if you're really time-conscious, you can choose to have it
check the time server every 5 minutes, or whatever time interval you
choose.

A lot of cell phones automatically sync time with their networks. My Sprint phone is about 1.5 secs slow though because of time it takes to get from the tower to the phone.
