Have you ever heard of such a fee from cingular?

I looked on my cingular bill and there is a one time upgrade fee of 10 dollars on it. I had their service, then I needed a new phone, so I got a new phone last month, but was not aware that they were going to charge me a fee for it. I'll have to look at the papers alittle closer as I'm 96% sure this was not disclosed. Anyone do a swap out on the their phones, and get charged this fee?

Well I knew it was more than 95% but less than 97%.

Anyone get charged this fee?
