Back in our younger days, most everyone I know went to jail for some reason or another.

Mostly DUI and Public drunk.

Me of course being the notable exception.

what for?

Being an idiot. He had 3 DUI's in five years (with the first one under 21). Then was in work release, but didn't return to the jail by the deadline one night.

Needless to say, i haven't hung out with him much in the last 10 years or so.

That was just one I kept in touch with. Three other people I was friends with when I was younger but lost touch with are now spending life in jail for murder.

You would think I was from some gang infested city or something.

Yep, 3 now with my friend in my last thread.

One for driving without a license while under the influence of cocain whilist causing a huge accident.

Another for unpaid fines.

And now Mike is looking at jail for his public drunkeness episode.

Nope. My friends don't do stupid sh!t that lands them in jail. Maybe I just choose my friends a little more wisely. Speaking of chosing friends wisely... QuitBanningMe, were those "friends" (as the thread topic states) or just acquaintances? Personally, I think I'd rather have no friends than to have to hang out with murderers and other thugs.
