Have you ever had a bed that was TOO comfortable?

After traveling abroad for the summer, I've come to realize that my bed is way too comfortable. It has always been pretty hard for me to wake up with less than 8 hours of sleep, but in this bed I tend to want to go for 9 hours. Aaaaagh

Mine is too comfy in that sometimes I wish it was firmer. And in the winter when it's cold it's hard as balls to get out of bed in the morning.

I think you need to release more often.

pillowtop ftw

Way obvious after sleeping on a regular matress downstairs while watching my twins a few nights in a row. There is no comparison after you've tried it.

Speaking of that, the pillowtop took some getting used to, but now I actually like it better for non-sleeping activities. On a regular mattress it seems too bouncy, like my ass is gonna fly 3 feet up in the air.

I went to the mattress store and told the sales lady to show me the softest bed they had :)

I could go days without leaving it.

lol Need I repeat myself? :p

My mother was buying mattresses for one of our rental cabins recently, and bought one of the queen size mattresses that the salesfolks said was "the most comfortable if you like a soft bed". I haven't bothered taking the sheets off of it to see what kind it is, but I tried it out for a 30 minute nap... and wasn't sure that my back would ever recover. It felt like I slept on a concrete floor.

If it was too comfortable, wouldn't it be uncomfortable?

Those Heavenly beds at Westin hotels are pretty nice. Probably the most comfiest bed I've ever slept on

I remember my bed back at my parent's house being like a cloud, and it was only a twin. Haha, I remember being able to fall asleep on it with a girl in bed with me, a difficult task for someone who likes their own space.

Now my full bed isn't exactly comfortable, but it's not uncomfortable, either. It's just right, I don't sleep too long... :p

Can't remember what it's called, but I got it at Costco a few years ago.

I don't think so. It's super comfortable, but too comfortable for my own good.

It's like if a dessert is 'too sugary' that doesn't mean that it's not sugary.
