Bee, no. Wasp or hornet, yes. Stung like a mofo for about 10 min., then mild stinging/itching sensation with occasional severe shooting pains for the next 3 hours. Didn't go into anaphylaxis, so I'm pretty sure I'm not very allergic.

Often I don't notice I've been stung until way later. So, no it doesn't hurt that bad.

I think I was about 7 when I got stung on the back of my neck. I was playing with my RC car and i thought it was a fly that was hovering around me so I kept swing the controller antenna at it. A few seconds later I cried like a lil school girl and it hurt for weeks. I've had a huge fear of bees since then =(

I remember back when I was a teenager my step-father and I was out cutting some firewood and later on I heard some loud buzzing sounds.. well to my suprise we stumbled upon a bumblebee's nest. Needless to say, those bees were pissed! They were so pissed, we decided to call that day to an end; they totally ran us out of the woods. I ended up getting stung twice in the head; it fvcking sucked!

Never stung by a bee, but a wasp once when I was like eight. We have a TON of wasps where we live. Boy, that hurt.

Yes. I've probably been stung at least 10+ times in my life. 1 of thoose times was when I was camping and walked right by a bee hive. Had about 4 bee stings.

It doesn't hurt "a lot", but it definitely stings and you will know it happened. I was stung once on the chin. On the bright side, it doesn't hurt as much as a scorpion.

I got stung on the lower lip. Yeah that hurt quite a bit and had to go to the emergency room (precautionary) because it swelled up to the size of a golf ball. Definitely depends where you got stung.

dozens of times, and it's not that bad. It's alot like a shot, actually, unless you happen to be very allergic. It surprises you, but like a shot the pain is gone pretty quickly. If the stinger gets left in, go ahead and pull that sucker out.

It's not a big deal, but it's not pleasent hence why people don't like bees.

Wasps, too. Depends on the wasp, and the person, I guess. I got stung a few times by them, also, didn't really think it was different than a bee sting, except the wasps didn't die as a result, so I hated them more.

Haha, a friend of mine has a dog that likes to eat bees and wasps. He'll jump around like crazy until he catches one, yelp and run off and hide somewhere when he does, then he's back to chasing them in a few minutes.

That dog also likes to sleep in the middle of the road.

Wasps and hornets can sting over and over, that's why they hurt more. They have no purpose in life except to be killed by hummingbirds.

I got stung on my pinky finger by a wasp when I was 6. It left a red spot of where it stung me that is still visable 15 years later.
