I dated a co-worker for about a month or so and I met my wife through work. She was a client of mine-we went out for lunch one day and the rest is history-been married for 12 years and have a son now.

I'd do it if the opportunity presented itself because... well, just because. Why restrict yourself? It depends on how career-oriented you are and what the circumstances are. Certainly you shouldn't date a subordinate or a boss, but anything else is a maybe. Just make sure, before you start, that you would be able to handle things at work if things end badly.
