would you ever fake your own death for any reason? imagine having your friends and family think you died and then years later you just re-appear. would that be cool, weird, or awkward? maybe you'd do it to get away from your nagging wife, or to stop paying child support, or to just start over. maybe you'd do it for the lulz? or maybe you'd purge your identity to become a crime fighter? in what scenario would you do this?

the reason i ask is because the idea of making this into a movie has crossed my mind. i just don't know how to script it yet.
