Pretty sure it's an exaggeration. I've met people from Columbia, they don't sound that way. Could just be her personally. Either way... Boobies.

Also I find French to be pretty sexy sounding and Italian, and even Romanian isn't too bad either.

Languages that makes me ears want to get nuked from orbit are probably any type of oriental (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean...More so the Mandarin than the other two).

Most others aren't really sexy in any way, but I don't hate either. I think it's pretty hard to make Hebrew or Arabic sound sexy. Same with German. There's just so many harsh sounding words, etc that I can't see them being too erotic.
