yes, and i've also been arrested without being read them, they read them to you again when you get arraigned the next morning by the judge, so that covers there ass.

Nothing says they have to read them to you unless you're being interrogated while in custody.

No. Closest I have ever come to being arrested was on base in the Navy and they don't play Miranda.

Nah these guys weren't SP, they were the NAS North Island civilian base police IIRC. It was a long time ago and I was in the middle of a great night when this happened. :laugh: They ended up leaving us with the DO who told us to get out of his office and stay out of trouble so we headed to Tijuana.
