i saw x2 at the same theater at 12:01am, around 700 were there to see the 1 midnight showing.

the theater for the matrix i got tickets for holds around 1000-1200 people, its going to be good.

I just finished watching the 1st matrix to refresh my memory, the 1st matrix is 1 of my top 5 movies of all time
