I bought a heatsink from them once and didn't have any problems. They even helped me save a little money. I was going to do two day shipping, but the person I spoke with on the phone recommended that I just go with ground shipping since I lived in Texas and it would probably only take two days anyway. Sure enough, two days later I had my heatsink.

Good outfit. Bought a V3 from them last year, no driver CD. When contacted, they sent a copy within a few days, no prob.
 
i bought my fong kai fk603 case from them. no problems whatsoever and also good prices. you can get a way better idea of their reputation at resellerratings.com--keep in mind their scores are on a scale of 7, that caught me off guard.
