It's all in the way you look at it. It could be the first time you order that particular product, or maybe the first time you ordered from them that day. I like to put things into a light that I can justify 😉
 
Ording online form OfficeMax is like trying to keep track of rebates for me, pretty time consuming🙁

Nearly 1 month after ordering a $1K digicam, called them, "Oh yeah, sorry about that, we forgot..."

There are two Office Max stores within reasonable driving distance from here. One must go out of their way to hire the dumbest sales people on the planet, AND they ignore you until you yell at them for help. The other has very nice, reasonably knowledgable, sales people. I've used coupons, there, any number of times. Before I even pick up the items I want, I ask the manager if the coupon I want to use is valid, and they almost always accept the ones I ask about.
 
Nope, only used it once and it was the first (and only thus far) time that i've bought from officemax.com
 
Anyone remember that Buy.com $20 off $20 coupon that was out at least a couple years ago? I still feel bad about that one. I think I abused it like 8 times! Since then I've decided to take a less greedy approach to such things and limit my coupon use to morally right usage 😉.
