I know for writing in Chinese on a Chinese OS, there's a small tablet that you can write on. Should probably something out there for Korean as well. But I still haven't figured out how to install Chinese programs in WIn2K pro and use that damn tablet.

Anyone with suggestions?

I installed it for my g/f through the IE update thing. I'm not sure if it'll work with anything other than hotmail, but it seems fine for what she and all my other korean friends need.

Ender510: Yah, they've got updates for korean input, japanese, chinese, etc... A whole bunch. My g/f and all my other korean friends use it. The input is just through a regular keyboard and each letter represents some small thing that becomes the big thing. (Sorry, can't be more specific about how it works). Anyways, try this page:

Microsoft link

The update is just part of the regular IE patches/servicepacks. It's down near the bottom.

<< MS has foriegn versions of windows that change everything in the os, all the windows, menus everything, if you just want to change the font when typing emails you should just download a korean ttf font and have word embed the font in the doc ument so other people can reaxd it. >>

How do you set it to chinese? I bought some software from china which I would run on a chinese win98 but not my win89 english

<< Just wondering, where'd you find that Korean keyboard? I'm giving my rig to my parents next month and they would like to type in Korean also. >>

There's also a guy on [famous auction site whose name must not be mentioned here] who sells them. I forget what his web site is, but he's in Lawrence, Mass.

No, I'm not but I have 3 kids that are. They, however, will not eat kimchi, and I will [flame breath goes here].
