Have Virus: backdoor.subseven.1.8

All of a sudden, after every 5 minutes online or offline, I lose complete control of my mouse and any movement results in random movement all over the place. Norton Antivirus said I have the backdoor.subseven.1.8 virus and I deleted the file as Norton said but that didn't help. Anyone know anything about this. Could this actually be yet another virus not detected by Norton.
