Have Viewsonic 19" A90F eyes are hurting?

That's right I got a brand new A90F and my eyes are hurting pretty good, I'm running just 1024X768, 1280X1024 I can run but it turns out to be at a pathetic 80hxz(which windows defaults to 75) running with a geforce 3 ti 200, I've been getting lockups while playing games where the monitor screen comes up and says over and gives the hz and vz frequency..after doing some research it looks like most 19" low end monitors run around these refresh rates..
Here are the specs for the monitor

1600 x 1200 maximum resolution
Displays a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200; 1280 x 1024 at 80Hz flicker-free refresh rate for easy-on-the-eyes viewing.
1600 x1200 @ 66Hz
1280 x1024 @ 80Hz
1024 x 768 @105Hz

Now I was using a Viewsonic G773 before this, which was a bit higher of a product line, now to take care of both these problems the eyes and to be able to use my videocard without being limited what monitor would you recommend I get? I think I will return the viewsonic, my liimitations are that it has to be from bestbuy(unless the hotdeals forum has something too good to pass up) and under 450.00..ideas?

Yup, they are installed, one odd thing though when I actually added the monitor by "updating the driver" it couldn't find a certain file on the cd, so it may be possible that the driver is not installed properly, unfortunatley viewsonic's website isn't much help..i've downloaded what they have..my eyes are starting to get used to this monitor but I can tell there is more strain than normal..😉 any ideas on better monitors?
