Have Two "BEEPS" when I boot up...

Quick summary, my motherboard went out a while back, I RMAed it to MSI. Got a new one back yesterday... my setup is as follows

MSI K8TNEO-FIS2R, AMD 64 3000+, ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, 2 x 512 MB sticks of corsair memory...(they ARE different models though...), SB audigy 2

Basically, when I turn my computer on, I get one beep as it starts up which I almost always remember being there. It loads everything... then right before it switches to the loading Windows XP Pro. screen, it has 2 beeps....

I'm not exactly sure what's causing this, but I want to think memory? All it is, is two beeps, I have no other problems whatsoever that I can see...

Are those two beeps just an indicator that my computer is a time bomb ready to crash my computer again..? Or is it nothing to worry about? I don't see any errors or anything.

Thanks.

you know i had a MSI kt266 that did the same thing though I can't remember what I did to fix this
