Have to unplug/replug USB WiFi adapter on boot

I bought this adapter a few months ago: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833166046

Everything worked well for a while, but for the past few weeks my computer hasn't recognized the adapter on boot. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I tried switching USB ports and updating the drivers. Anybody have a suggestion?

Look at the Configuration menu of the Card and make sure that it is set for Max performance (i.e., No Power Save, or and Sleep).
