Can anyone help? I dont want to use system restore.

Probably a setting under IE6. Go to Tool>Internet Options and click on the Programs Tab and click the Reset Web Settings button. That will set it back to defaults.

Thanks for the advice , but it did not work. I dont know what to do. any new solutions?
I cant click on any link.
Thanks

 These kinds of responses are annoying at best. If someone asks about a problem with X, don't recommend he use Y unless he's asking for alternate programs.

At the end of the day it was only suggestion, I was only trying to help.

How about you stop posting pointless stuff in posts, I.E stuff that may not help the situation?

IMHO Firebird is a lot better than IE and should fix the problem, so he would get the best of both worlds. But as he stated above he cant use FireFox as he uses sites that need IE to access.

Bsobel : I am sorry if I offended you, in future maybe I shouldn?t post at all in these forums
😕

p.s. Learn to edit quotes you uber hacker you...

It isn?t hard to edit quotes but I felt I didn?t need to, on that occasion as I was quoting two peoples posts. Why would you call me an ?uber hacker? ?

And your excuse this post is? As for the uber hacker comment, I'm still laughing from this.

Somehow the handler for http:// got removed. I'm trying to remember which dll houses the handler, try doing "regsvr32.exe urlmon.dll" from within your system32 directory. If thats not the right dll, I'll dig a little deeper.

Bill

p.s. Close IE before you run regsvr32 (you might need to reboot depending on who's cached the registry entries this will recreate)

Yeah i host the site, woohoo. The site is not run by me as you can see the Admins name is "Twitch" and mine is "KHGamez" that site is ran by a friend of mine, he asked me to host him a site so i did.

Yeah the site is pretty pointless but that is what he likes, so i let him get on with it. The only site that i host is gallery one.

I am still working on the main side of the site. Should be up soon i hope.

I am glad that you found the site funny, the first time i looked at it is made me laugh as well.

The registry merge did work. Thank you very much for the advice.I will have to save it somewhere for future use.
