Have to redo my H70 since I got my new B3 board.

So I got my new B3 board. Have to take the CPU out, transfer it and the H70 to the new board. Should I get more of the Shin-Etsu that was pre-applied to the H70 or use the Arctic Cooling MX4 I already have?
 
If you've already got MX-4, I wouldn't bother to pick up Shin Etsu unless you're really picky about your temps. I can't say with certainty which is better, but they'll be within 1-2C of each other.
