Have to recheck "Optimize for SLI" in Call of Duty 2

Is anybody else having this problem with Call of Duty2?--I have to recheck "Optimize for SLI" in graphics every time I restart the game. All my other settings stick, just not this one. Is is a bug or does it indicate some more serious problem in running SLI in COD2?

its not saving the setting
so what you should do, is when u enable that setting, change another settings, but change it back to the setting you had before.. what this does is forces the game to see you changed another setting and wants you to save the settings, so go ahead and click the save or apply button at the bottom
i had this problem, although i enabled it just because it increases performance for non-sli systems as well. stupid coding bugs lol

I had problems getting the video quality settings to stick, but tried a couple times and they did. Had the same issue with the sound settings, but I adjusted something..applied the change, then switched it back and the other setting finally saved. They got some bugs...

COD2 def has some odd bugs.

I never had trouble with settings, but on one level a gate was supposed to open for me to progress through and it never did I ended up restarting the level and that time it popped open

I had the gate problem also. If I recall correctly, I just ran around for about five minutes after having killed all the Nazis on the map and then it just randomly opened.
