Either the cat climbs on them, and makes holes in the drivers, or some kids push the dust cap in, or something like that.. anyways, i want to make some sort of cover..

Where could I get the material that is used on most speaker covers?

What type is it? How much should it cost?

(im just thinking of making a thin frame, stapling the material to it, and velcro'in it to the whole speaker,,,

Any ideas?

Thanks

They sell everything you will need.

My cat forced me to make some speaker grills for my Audax speakers.

I cut out frames from 3/8" plywood. Then I bought some heavy duty screen door material from home depot. I got the black plastic stuff. I then covered that with grill cloth from parts express. I'm sure these two layers don't help the sound quality, but I don't think it hurts it as much as my cats claws.
