Have the webservers been having problems lately?

Just wondering.

I've been getting an awful lot of connection timeouts lately, trying from various locations(work, home, my site, all on different providers).
Seems to happen almost every day, mostly for relatively short periods of time.
 
None here really. every once and a while forums.anandtech.com will not load, so I just type forums3.anandtech.com. and they come up. I assume it is just my end, but it has been on a few different systems, and diferent places.
 
Well, at first I assumed it was on my end, but since everything else worked I got a little unsure.
So every time it happens I login to my firewall at home and my site(www.sunner.com) by ssh and telnet to forums.anandtech.com, no connection.

Two of these(work and home) are in Sweden, the site is in Texas.
 
Capping is still in place, that could definitely cause that as once the cap is reached no more connections are served until the load is below the cap.
 
Actually i was just going to post that i thought the forums had gotten a lot faster in the past day or two. I suddenly have no delay loading pages anymore.
